I believe design is far more than aesthetics — it’s about deeply understanding the human experience. My work focuses on uncovering user needs, translating them into elegant systems and intuitive workflows that solve real problems and create lasting impact.
With over 15 years in research and design — including 6+ years in leadership roles — I specialize in solving complex UX challenges across B2B and B2C products. My experience spans high-scale logistics, finance, HR, legal, and e-commerce domains, with past collaborations at BBC, Totaljobs Group, Thomson Reuters, XPO Logistics, Vertex, Workday, and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
My approach is rooted in human-centered design, guided by deep user empathy, behavioral research, and data-driven decision-making. Inspired by the IDEO methodology, I embrace a lean, iterative process: prototyping early, testing often, and refining for clarity, accessibility, and impact.
